I’ve spent my career building products, scaling companies, and backing founders who push the edge of what’s possible with technology. I never planned on becoming a multi-exit founder or an investor. I just kept following the work that mattered. Twenty years later, I’ve co-founded and exited companies used across Fortune 500 teams, shipped products at Meta, Cloudera, Oracle, and Ethyca, and supported thousands of operators through the tools and platforms I helped build.

Today, I invest full-time as Founder & Managing Partner at Progressive Ventures, backing ambitious founders across AI and enterprise software. My portfolio includes frontier companies like Anthropic, xAI, and Perplexity, along with dozens of AI builders rewriting how the enterprise works.

I also run Founders Creative, a community of more than 18,000 founders, investors, and executives who believe in learning together, building with intention, and supporting each other through the real challenges of leadership. Additionally, I serve with Stanford Women on Boards and contribute to the Forbes Business Council.

I’m not interested in chasing titles or spotlight. I care about building excellent products, backing great people, and helping leaders operate with clarity. This site is where I share what I’m learning — through my podcast, my writing, and the communities I’ve helped bring together.
